The Swiss Watch Company has evolved over 25 years of commitment and zeal displayed by its founders, Jayanti Varma and Arun D'Silva. Both alumni from elite business schools they received pink slips from their respective corporate employers post the unexpected market downturn of year 2000. A chance call led to them meeting, and threw up the possibility of pooling their talent and being associated. They had no plan but a deep conviction that they would never allow arbitrary corporate rules to control their future.
