Dr. Gyanendra Shukla has been elected as the new Chairman of CropLife India following the organisation’s 46th Annual General Meeting in New Delhi. He is the Managing Director and CEO of Rallis India Limited and previously served as Vice Chairman of CropLife India. Rajvir Rathi of Bayer CropScience and Giridhar Ranuva of BASF Agricultural Solutions India have been appointed as Vice Chairmen. The new leadership has highlighted areas including food security, farmer income, agricultural innovation, product safety, regulatory frameworks, and climate-resilient farming.
